How soon can you deliver?

We offer same day and next day delivery on a first-come, first-serve basis within a 4-hour delivery window.

With our standard delivery service, you can expect to receive Goods within two working days.

What is the cut-off time for same-day delivery?

Customers can book a same-day delivery up until 1 pm, Monday to Friday.

How do I make my booking?

If you are happy with the quote, you should contact us in the first instance to confirm the booking.

You can choose to confirm by telephone or WhatsApp before making payment to complete the booking.

Do you open on the weekends?

Yes, we operate seven days a week from 10 am to 10 pm, despite that phone lines open Monday to Friday from 11 am to 10 pm.

Please note that we do not provide same or next-day delivery over the weekends.  If you require a weekend delivery, you would need to schedule this in advance.

How do I cancel a booking?

If you wish to proceed with the cancellation of a booking, contact us by telephone or WhatsApp within 24-hours of making the payment.

We will need the following information if you need to cancel a booking:

  • Full name
  • Email address
  • Details of Goods
  • Delivery time and date
Do you offer assembly services?

Unfortunately, we do not offer assembly of furniture or toys at this time but may provide this service soon.

How do I know if my Goods will fit?

If you are unsure, you can always check our van dimensions, as shown below:

When and how do I make payment?

We accept payment in full when confirming a booking to secure the delivery time and date.

Customers can choose to make payment through our online quote form or by Bank Transfer.  Please contact us if you would prefer to make payment by Bank Transfer.

Can you remove unwanted furniture?

Yes, we currently provide furniture disposal to customers living in the London Borough of Croydon.

If you require the removal of old furniture or white goods, please make a separate booking through our Man and Van Service quote form.

Do you offer returns?

Absolutely, we would be more than happy to assist with a return.  Simply give us a call to make a booking over the telephone or contact us by WhatsApp.

What payments methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards securely through PayPal in addition to Bank Transfer.

Do you collect from stores outside of Croydon?

Yes.  We collect Goods from most stores throughout London for delivery within our catchment area.  If you need a delivery from a store outside of Croydon, get in touch by phone to discuss your requirements with our team.

How do I get in touch to discuss a weekend delivery?

If you have a weekend delivery and need to get in touch over the weekend, you can do this by telephone or WhatsApp.  Our delivery team are available Monday to Sunday to discuss existing deliveries.

Please note we do not accept text messages and endeavour to answer all emails within 24 hours.

I am still waiting for my delivery. Where is the Delivery Driver?

Do not despair, our Delivery Drivers work until 10 pm and sometimes later if there are traffic delays.
