× How we protect your licence data Delivery Driver UK uses your licence details to manually check driver applications and prevent the same licence being registered on multiple accounts.
Who can see it Only the designated administrator can view your licence photos and full number through this website, after verifying an authenticator code. Businesses, their staff and other drivers cannot access them.
What happens after review After approval or rejection, the full licence number is removed from the application record and both photos are queued for deletion. Failed storage deletions are retried automatically. We keep your approval status, review date, expiry date and protected duplicate-check fingerprints while your account is active. These fingerprints are linked to your account; they are not anonymous.
Unreviewed applications Unreviewed uploads become inaccessible after 14 days. Automatic cleanup removes the full number and queues the photos for deletion. If your application has not been reviewed by then, you can submit it again.
Your choices We use licence details for driver screening and duplicate prevention. The upload form asks your permission to review your licence. For access, correction or deletion requests, or to ask us to stop licence review, email tjkhan3@blueyonder.co.uk . Removing your licence approval means you cannot view business contacts until approved again. A manual photo review is not a live DVLA check or a right-to-work check.
